Age Limits

• General/EWS: varies by post with upper ages from 34 to 50 years.
• Some posts have a cumulative relaxation cap up to 10 years, with an absolute cap of 55 years where applicable.
• Relaxations are as per Presidential Directives for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen).

Post-wise Eligibility (selected highlights)

• Team Member / Team Leader - Exploration (BPRL): BE/B.Tech in any discipline with minimum 60% (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) or PG in Geo-sciences with 60% (50% for SC/ST/PwBD); minimum 10 years post-qualification experience.
• Team Member / Team Leader - Asset Manager (BPRL): BE/B.Tech with 60% (50% for SC/ST/PwBD); minimum 7 years post-qualification experience.
• Team Member - Reservoir Engineer (BPRL): BE/B.Tech in Petroleum/Applied Petroleum/ Chemical Engineering with 60% (50% for SC/ST/PwBD); minimum 7 years experience.
• Company Secretary - Team Leader/Member: ICSI-qualified; post-qualification experience ranging from 7 to 18 years depending on role.
• Finance: CA (Final) or ICWA with minimum 55% (50% for SC/ST/PwBD); minimum 14 years experience.
• Head Sales (Petrochemical Taskforce) / Technical Officer - Polymer Marketing: Engineering/Polymer/Materials degrees with 60% (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) plus 4+ years (for some roles up to 21 years for Head Sales).
• Wayside Amenities: WSA Team Lead and Site Manager roles with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) and 5+ years relevant experience.

Note: All posts require Indian nationality and post-qualification experience as on 01-04-2026.

Application Fee

• General (UR)/OBC-NCL/EWS/Ex-Servicemen: Rs. 1,180 (Rs. 1,000 + GST 18% of Rs. 180) plus any payment gateway charges (non-refundable).
• SC/ST/PwBD: Nil.
