Age Details

• Minimum Age: 22 years
• Maximum Age: 40 years
• Age relaxation as per rules: Upper age limit is 35 years for General (Male); 40 years for General (Female), EBC, BC, SC, ST, EWS, and OH candidates as applicable (as on 01 August 2025).

Eligibility Details

Civil Judge (Junior Division)

• Must possess LL.B. degree from a university or college recognized by the Bar Council of India.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of continuous practice as an advocate as on 23-02-2026. This must be certified by a Principal Judicial Officer or an advocate with at least 10 years of standing. Experience as a Law Clerk is also counted.
• Physical Fitness: Must be in sound health and free from any disqualifying physical defects.
