Age Limits

• Minimum Age: 22 years
• Maximum Age: 40 years
• Age relaxation: General (Male) up to 35 years; General (Female), EBC, BC, SC, ST, EWS, and OH up to 40 years as per rules.
• Age calculated as on 01 August 2025.

Educational Qualification

• LL.B. degree from a university or college recognized by the Bar Council of India.
• Minimum 3 years of continuous practice as an advocate as of 23-02-2026. This must be certified by a Principal Judicial Officer or an advocate with 10+ years of standing. Experience as a Law Clerk is also counted.

Physical Fitness

• Candidates must possess sound health and be free from any disqualifying physical defects.
