Age Limits

• Unreserved (General) - Male: 18 to 37 years
• Unreserved (General) - Female: 18 to 40 years
• BC/EBC - Male & Female: 18 to 40 years
• Third Gender (Transgender): 18 to 40 years
• SC/ST - Male & Female: 18 to 42 years
• Upper age relaxation for Bihar Govt. employees and Ex-Servicemen is also applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification

• Intermediate (12th pass) or equivalent from a recognized board/institution, as on the cut-off date.

Notes

• The written examination will be at the Matriculation (10th) level as per Bihar School Examination Board standards, even though the minimum qualification is 12th pass.

Application Fee

• All categories: Rs. 100 (non-refundable).
• Fee payment online via Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, or UPI. Bank charges, if any, are borne by the candidate.

Important Instructions

• Only Indian citizens can apply. Male, Female and Third Gender candidates are eligible.
• Reservation (including 35% women) applies only to original residents (Mool Niwasi) of Bihar. Candidates from other states should apply as General.
• No hard copy of applications. Online submission only.
• Examination fee is non-refundable; any chargeback may lead to rejection and legal action.
