Age Limits

• RA-III (Subject Expert): 45 Years (Maximum)
• Junior Project Fellow (JPF): 28 Years (Maximum)
• Field Assistant: 50 Years (Maximum)

Age relaxation may be provided as per government regulations and project requirements.

RA-III (Subject Expert)

• Essential: Ph.D. in Plant Taxonomy; 5 years of flora-related experience in the Sikkim Alpine region with publications (at least 3 in SCI journals).
• Desirable: 10 years of field experience with Flora of Sikkim Himalaya, evidenced with publications.

Junior Project Fellow (JPF)

• Essential: M.Sc. Botany (Plant Taxonomy/Ecology).
• Desirable: Field data collection experience in Plant Taxonomy/Ecology.

Field Assistant

• Essential: B.Sc. in Botany/Life Sciences.
• Desirable: 1) Field work experience in Sikkim Himalaya; 2) Knowledge of plant collection, herbarium preparation, and data compilation.
