Age Limits

• General: 20 to 30 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.
• Relaxations as per policy apply for reserved categories and PwBD as detailed in the official notification.

Educational Qualifications

• Core Qualification (Telecom Stream): B.E./B.Tech or equivalent in Telecommunications, Electronics, Radio, Computer, Electrical, Information Technology (IT), or Instrumentation from a recognized institution.
• Alternative Qualification: M.Sc. ( Electronics) or M.Sc. (Computer Science).
• Higher Qualifications: Candidates with M.Tech in the prescribed disciplines are also eligible.
• Vision Requirement: Must have binocular vision and be able to distinguish principal colours.
• Nationality: Only Indian nationals are eligible.

• Shortlisting will be as per BSNL rules and available vacancies across circles.

Application Fee

• UR/OBC/EWS: ₹2,000
• SC/ST/PwBD: ₹1,000

Fee is non-refundable and payable online via Internet Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card on the BSNL portal.
