Age Details

• The upper age limit is not more than 35 years. Age relaxation is admissible for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Government of India rules.

Educational Qualification

• Essential: BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) from a recognized university.
• Desirable: MD (Ay.) / MS (Ay.) or higher qualification, with experience in research projects funded by AYUSH/ICMR/CSIR/DST or equivalent; experience in drafting and editing scientific documents and reports; publications in peer‑reviewed journals; working knowledge of computer applications.

Nationality

• Must fulfil the eligibility criteria as per the Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences / Government of India.

Age Limit

• Not exceeding 35 years. Age relaxation as per Government of India rules for SC/ST/OBC.

• Notification Date: 25-11-2025
• Written Test / Interview Date: 05-12-2025 (Reporting time 9:30 AM)

Note: Walk‑in interviews are conducted on the specified date and time.

How to Apply

• Candidates must report for the written test/interview at the specified venue on the scheduled date and time.
• Bring bio-data in the prescribed format (available on the Council’s website) and two passport-size photographs.
• Carry original certificates for verification along with self-attested copies of certificates and other supporting documents.

Additional Notes

• Engagement is purely contractual and co-terminus with the project, initially for six months, with possible extension or reduction based on performance.
• No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
• The Research Officer In‑Charge, RARI Thiruvananthapuram, reserves the right to postpone or cancel the interview without assigning any reason.
