Research Officer (Siddha) - 2 Posts

• Postgraduate degree in Siddha System of Medicine from an NCISM-recognized institution
• Enrollment in Central/State Register of Indian Medicine/Siddha
• Age limit: Not exceeding 40 years as on closing date

Research Assistant (Chemistry) - 11 Posts

• Bachelor’s degree in the concerned discipline with 2 years of relevant Research/Teaching experience, OR
• Postgraduate degree in the concerned discipline
• Age limit: 30 years and below as on 01-01-2026
• Category-wise vacancies: ST-01, UR-03, EWS-02, OBC-03

Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) - 9 Posts

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science with 2 years relevant experience
• Age limit: Not exceeding 35 years as on closing date
• Category-wise vacancies: ST-01, UR-03, EWS-02, OBC-03

Laboratory Attendant - 1 Post

• 12th (+2) with Science subjects from a recognized Board/University
• Desirable: Certificate course in Computer applications; Laboratory experience
• Age limit: Not exceeding 25 years as on closing date

Application Fee

• General/OBC/EWS Candidates: Rs. 300 (Bank Demand Draft only)
• SC/ST/PwD Candidates: Exempted

Payment Mode: Bank Demand Draft (DD) in favor of Central Council for Research in Siddha, payable at Chennai. Include candidate’s name, Advertisement No., and post on the DD. Fee once paid is non-refundable.

How to Apply

1. Download the application form from the official website (siddhacouncil.com) for your post.
2. Use the prescribed Annexure format: Annexure-I (Research Officer), Annexure-II (Research Assistant), Annexure-III (MLT), Annexure-IV (Laboratory Attendant).
3. Fill all required information accurately in running handwriting and affix a recent passport-size photograph.
4. Enclose self-attested photocopies of all supporting documents.
5. Enclose a Bank Demand Draft for the application fee (original).
6. Include documents for Date of Birth (10th/SSLC/Matric); no TC/Passport accepted.
7. Enclose proof of educational qualifications and experience.
8. Include certificates for reserved category (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) if applicable.
9. Include PwD certificate if claiming disability benefits.
10. Government employees: obtain Vigilance Clearance and APARs for 5 years, and No Objection Certificate from employer.
11. Send the complete application via Speed Post only to: The Director General, Central Council for Research in Siddha, Ministry of Ayush, GST Road, Tambaram Sanatorium, Chennai - 600047.
12. Superscribe the envelope: "Application for the post of [Post Name]".
13. Ensure the application reaches the office by 31-03-2026.
