Age limits

• Senior Project Associate: 40 years maximum
• Project Assistant II: 35 years maximum

Senior Project Associate (Post 1)

• B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering or equivalent with 3 years R&D experience OR M.Tech. in Chemical Engineering with 2 years R&D experience
• Desirable: Knowledge and experience in PEM fuel cells, thermal management, electrode engineering, stack assembly and testing, fuel cell test station operation

Senior Project Associate (Post 2)

• Ph.D. in Physical/Chemical Sciences with 2 years R&D experience
• Desirable: Materials modelling, theoretical and computational chemistry

Senior Project Associate (Post 3)

• Ph.D. in Physical/Chemical Sciences with 2 years R&D experience

Project Assistant - II (Post 4)

• B.Sc. in Chemistry

General information

• Engagement is project-based and co-terminus with the project duration; total tenure across CSIR labs should not exceed six years.
• Reporting time for interview is 08:30 A.M.; entry closed after 10:00 A.M.
• Age relaxations as per Government of India rules for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Women and applicable categories.
• If qualifications are in CGPA/SGPA/OGPA, convert to percentage using the standard factor of the awarding University/Institute.
• Number of positions is indicative and may be adjusted.
• Selected candidates may be provided on-campus accommodation or HRA as applicable.
• The Director, CSIR-CECRI, Karaikudi's decisions on eligibility and selection are final.
