Age Limit

Post-wise Educational Qualification, Experience, and Certification

AGM - Risk Management (Scale V)

• Full-time B.Sc in Statistics/Economics or Bachelor's in Analytics (Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Data Science) with 55% marks OR Full-time MBA Finance/Banking or PGDBM/IPGD-Risk Management with 55% marks. Mandatory: FRM (GARP USA) / CFA (CFA Institute USA) / PRM (PRMIA USA). Preferable: SPSS/SAS, R, Python. Experience: Minimum 10 years in Banking (Officer Cadre), with at least 5 years in Risk Management in banks with 2000+ branches. Current role: Chief Manager with at least 1 year or Senior Manager for at least 4 years.

AGM - Compliance / Risk Management (Scale V)

• Full-time B.Sc in Statistics/Economics or Bachelor's in Analytics with 55% marks OR Full-time MBA Finance/Banking or PGDBM/IPGD-Risk Management with 55% marks. Mandatory: FRM / CFA / PRM. Experience: Minimum 10 years in Banking (Officer Cadre), with at least 5 years in Risk Management/Compliance in banks with 2000+ branches. Current role: Chief Manager with at least 1 year or Senior Manager for at least 4 years.

AGM - Asset Liability Management (Scale V)

• Full-time BE/B.Tech or Postgraduate in Business Management/Banking/Finance or Chartered Accountant. Mandatory: FRM / PRM / CFA. Experience: Minimum 10 years in Banking (Officer Cadre), with at least 5 years in Risk Management in banks with 2000+ branches. Current role: Chief Manager with at least 1 year or Senior Manager for at least 4 years. Desirable: ALM/Interest Rate/Liquidity Risk management.

AGM - Digital Risk & Analytics (Scale V)

• Full-time Bachelor's in Mathematics/Statistics or BE/B.Tech in Data Science/IT/CS/Software Engineering. Preferred: MBA/PGDM/PGDBM/PGDBA in Finance. Certifications in FRM/RAI/PRM/CFA/CQF or ML/AI/NLP/Web Crawling/Neural Networks. Experience: Minimum 10 years in Banking (Officer Cadre), with at least 5 years in Risk Management in banks with 2000+ branches. Current role: Chief Manager with at least 1 year or Senior Manager for at least 4 years. Desirable: Digital Risk/Vendor Risk/IT Risk/Model Validation.

AGM - Finance & Accounts (Scale V)

• Mandatory: Full-time Graduation and ICAI Final exam pass with ICAI membership. Experience: Minimum 10 years in a scheduled commercial bank, with at least 7 years in Corporate Taxation, GST, TDS, IFRS, Ind AS, Regulatory Reporting, Capital Raising. Current role: Chief Manager with at least 1 year or Senior Manager for at least 4 years.

AGM - Credit Officer (Scale V)

• Chartered Accountant / CFA / CMA-ICWA or Two Years Full-time Post Graduation in Banking/Finance/credit-related field. Experience: Minimum 10 years post-qualification as an officer, with at least 7 years in Corporate Credit/Project Finance/Mid & Large Credit in banks with 2000+ branches. Current role: Chief Manager with at least 1 year or Senior Manager for at least 4 years.
