Age Details

• For Young Candidates: 21 to 45 years at the time of appointment.
• For Retired Candidates: Up to 64 years.
• Continuation of BC Supervisors: Young candidates up to 60 years; Retired candidates up to 65 years.

Eligibility Details

For Retired Bank Employees

• Retired Officers (including voluntarily retired) of any bank up to the rank of Senior Manager/equivalent, or retired clerks of Central Bank of India having passed JAIIB with a good track record.
• Rural banking experience of at least 3 years.
• Selection should be from the same district where the candidate will be assigned; otherwise, from adjoining districts. Proficiency in local language and dialect is required.

For Young Candidates

• Graduate with computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet, etc.). Preference will be given to candidates with qualifications like M.S. (IT), BE (IT), MCA, MBA.

General

• Willingness to visit villages in the district for supervision and related activities as assigned. Accommodation should be near the nodal branch within the district.
