Age Limit

• Above 45 years and less than 65 years (as of 01-01-2026).

Educational Qualification

• Essential: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.

Desirable/Experience

• Computer literacy with basic knowledge of MS Office, internet, and typing in the local language.
• Excellent communication skills in the local language.

Experience/Other Eligibility Criteria

• Essential: Retired or voluntary retirement (VRS) bank officials of Scale I & above from nationalized banks (including SBI) and RRBs preferred.
• Ex-officio personnel or others with banking knowledge and familiarity with financial services and IIBF certification.
• Unblemished service record with a service certificate from the previous employer.
• At least 10 years of experience as an officer or permanent employee.
• Candidate should be a resident of the same state, preferably from the same or a nearby district of the FLC.
