Eligibility Details

Faculty

• Qualification: Graduate (any stream: Science, Commerce, Arts) or Postgraduate; preference may be given to MSW/MA in Rural Development / MA in Sociology / Psychology / B.Sc. (Veterinary), B.Sc. (Horticulture), B.Sc. (Agri.), B.A. with B.Ed., etc.
• Essential Qualification: Teaching aptitude with computer knowledge. Proficiency in the local language and fluency in English & Hindi; typing skills in local language are advantageous. Prior teaching experience is preferred.
• Desirable Qualification: Retired Bank Official with experience as an officer; candidates with Rural Development teaching experience will be favored.
• Experience: Should be proficient in the local language and reside in the same state or nearby district, preferably near the RSETI Centre.

FLCC Counsellor

• Qualification: Graduate from a UGC-recognised university.
• Essential Qualification: Computer literacy (MS Office, internet) and basic knowledge of the local language; effective communication in the local language.
• Desirable Qualification: Retired/VRS from a nationalised bank as Scale I officer or other government/semi-government employees with banking and financial services knowledge, along with IIBF certification.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of service as an officer or permanent employee; resident of the same state, preferably the same or nearby district.
