Age Limits

Consultant - Marketing

• MBA in Marketing or a Master’s/Postgraduate Degree in Communication/Advertising from a premier institution.
• Experience: 8-12 years in Brand Management, with exposure to Lifestyle, Luxury, or Heritage sectors.

Consultant - Retail Operations

• Master’s Degree in Luxury Brand Management, Retail Operations, or Fashion Management from a premier institute.
• Experience: 10+ years in premium or luxury retail, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing large-format operations.

Consultant - IT

• MBA or equivalent Post-Graduate Degree in Management with a focus on Product or Systems Management.
• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in digital product management and leading cross-functional teams (developers, UI/UX).

Special Advisor for Organizational Restructuring, Industrial Relations Management & HR Optimization (Project Basis)

• MBA (HR) or Master’s Degree in HRM/IR/Labour Welfare; OR Post Graduate Degree in Management with HR specialization.
• Additional qualifications in Labour Laws, Organizational Development, Public Administration or Change Management are desirable.
• Experience: Minimum 20 years post-qualification in HRM/IR/OD/Administration, with at least 10 years in a senior managerial position in CPSEs, government bodies, autonomous or reputed private sector organizations with substantial workforce management.
