Age Details

• The minimum age across posts is 32 years.
• The maximum age, considering all posts, is 57 years (Registrar preference below 57 years).
• Age relaxations as per Government of India rules apply for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen and other reserved categories.

Eligibility by Post

• Registrar (Level-14): Master’s degree with 55% marks and at least 15 years of teaching/administrative experience, with qualifying deputation rules.
• Assistant Registrar (Level-10): Master’s degree with 55% marks; open competition; deputation options available.
• System Analyst (Level-10): B.E./B.Tech in CSE/Electronics with 5 years programming experience, or M.E./M.Tech/other equivalent with 3 years experience.
• Section Officer (Level-7): Bachelor’s degree; relevant administrative/clerical experience; computer proficiency.
• Nursing Officer (Level-7): B.Sc. Nursing (RN/RM) or Diploma with RN/RN & RM registration; clinical experience.
• Assistant (Level-6): Bachelor’s degree; 3 years’ relevant experience; computer proficiency.
• And other posts with respective post-wise qualifications (as detailed in the notification).

Application Fee

• Level-10 to Level-14: General/OBC/EWS Rs. 3,000; SC/ST/PwBD Rs. 1,500
• Level-6 to Level-9: General/OBC/EWS Rs. 2,000; SC/ST/PwBD Rs. 1,000
• Level-1 to Level-5: Rs. 1,000 (including Ex-Servicemen); SC/ST/PwBD Rs. 500
• Payment mode: Online only via the SAMARTH portal. Fees are non-refundable. Separate fees for each post.

General Instructions

• Applications must be submitted online through the SAMARTH portal via the CSU website.
• After online submission, a signed hard copy with self-attested documents must be sent by Registered Post within 15 days.
• Hard copies should be sent to the respective CSU addresses as specified for the Registrar post or other posts.
• Candidates must apply separately for each post with separate fees.
• Transfer requests are restricted within a minimum lock-in period after appointment.
• No canvassing; ensure NOC if currently employed.
• PwBD candidates with less than 40% disability must upload a valid Disability Certificate.
• OBC NCL and EWS certificates must meet the stated validity criteria in the advertisement.

• Stay updated only on the official CSU website for notices and updates.
