Educational Qualifications

Group A

• Medical Officer (Female): MBBS recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI)

Group B

• Private Secretary: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university/institute with three years of experience as Stenographer/Personal Assistant at Pay Level 06 in the 7th CPC

Group C

• Technical Assistant (Instrumentation): B.Tech./B.E. in Instrumentation/Biomedical Engineering/Physics/Electrical/Electronics & Communication with at least 60% marks and two years of relevant experience
• Technical Assistant (Earth Sciences): Bachelor's degree in Biology/Environmental Science with Chemistry, at least 60% marks, with two years of relevant experience in environmental analysis and monitoring
• Laboratory Assistant (Engineering & Technology): Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized university
• Laboratory Assistant (Earth Sciences): Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/BCA from a recognized university/institute
• Upper Division Clerk: Bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks or Master’s degree with two years’ experience as Lower Division Clerk and knowledge of computer applications
• Laboratory Attendant: 10+2 or equivalent with science subjects from a recognized board
• Multi-Tasking Staff: Matriculation or equivalent pass or ITI pass

Desirable Qualifications

• Medical Officer: Postgraduate medical qualification recognized by MCI; hospital experience in a medical college/corporate hospital; preference to experienced candidates
• Laboratory Assistant (Engineering): experience in science laboratories in academic/research institutions
• Laboratory Assistant (Earth Sciences): experience in computational laboratory work in academia/research institutions
• Laboratory Attendant: experience in a science laboratory

Essential Skills

• Private Secretary: Stenography in English/Hindi (100 w.p.m.), typing in English/Hindi (35/30 w.p.m.), and computer applications (proficiency to be evaluated)
• Upper Division Clerk: knowledge of computer applications

Experience Requirements

• Experience counted after minimum educational qualifications
• Experience counted only if candidate has at least 6 months of continuous service with the employer
• Private Secretary: Three years’ experience as Stenographer/Personal Assistant at Pay Level 06 in the 7th CPC or related pay band in the 6th CPC
• Technical Assistants: two years’ relevant experience
• Upper Division Clerk: two years’ experience as Lower Division Clerk in central/state government, university, research institution, or autonomous organization
