Age

• Age limit as on 01-01-2025 shall be in accordance with CERC (Appointment of Consultants) Regulations, 2008 and amendments thereafter.

Educational Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (CCA) / MBA (Finance) / MBA (Power Management)

Experience

• Sr. Research Officer (Finance): Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in regulated sector in tariff determination, financial modelling, cost analysis, annual accounts analysis, etc.
• Research Officer (Finance): Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in the same areas

Desirable

• Experience in economic analysis and statistical techniques related to the power sector
• Engineering qualification is an added advantage

Relaxation

• Relaxation in essential qualifications/experience can be considered in deserving cases

Selection Process

• Interaction; written examination may be conducted if required by the Consultancy Evaluation Committee (CEC).
• Shortlisted candidates will be called. Final selection will be based on qualification, experience, written test (if any) and interaction.
• Candidates must bring original documents and salary slips of last 6 months.
