Age Details

Eligibility (Educational Qualifications)

• Station Officer (Sub-Inspector): B.Sc or B.E. in Fire Engineering or equivalent
• Vehicle Driver / Driver-cum-Operator / Fireman / Store Keeper: 10+2 (Higher Secondary)
• Mechanic: 10+2 + ITI Diploma in Diesel Mechanic
• Watch Room Operator: 10+2 + Trained Nagar Sainik
• Wireless Operator: 10+2 + Trained Wireless Operator Nagar Sainik

Age and Relaxations

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Maximum age: 28 years
• Relaxations as per rules for SC/ST/OBC, and additional relaxations for women, Ex-Servicemen, Govt. employees, Nagar Sainiks as per Chhattisgarh government rules

Physical Standards (For Male)

• Height: Minimum 168 cm (ST relaxation applicable)
• Chest: 81-86 cm (minimum 5 cm expansion)

Note: Female candidates may be exempted from certain physical measurements.

• Last Date for Online Submission: 05 June 2026 (up to 05:00 PM)
• Written Examination Date: 19 July 2026 (tentative)
• Admit Card Release Date: 13 July 2026

Application Fees

• General / OBC: ₹350
• OBC (non-local category): ₹250
• SC / ST / PwD: ₹200

Note: Fees paid by Chhattisgarh local residents may be refunded after result declaration as per government orders.

Other Instructions

• Only candidates who have qualified the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) are eligible to apply.
• Only one application per candidate is allowed.
• Admit Card will be available for download from 13 July 2026.
• Carry original photo ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Driving Licence, PAN) along with Admit Card on exam day.
• No electronic devices, calculators, or study material allowed inside the examination hall.
• Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
