Eligibility Details

Clerk

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University
• Proficiency in computer operations (Word Processing and Spreadsheets)
• Skill Test: Typing speed of 35 words per minute in English on computer
• ICT Training Course on Computer (CCC) of 80 hours (to be furnished at Document Verification)

Steno-Typist

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University
• Proficiency in computer operations (Word Processing and Spreadsheets)
• Skill Test: Dictation - 10 minutes at 80 w.p.m.; Transcription - 50 minutes on computer (English)
• ICT Training Course on Computer (CCC) of 80 hours (to be furnished at Document Verification)

Application Fee

• UR / OBC / EWS / Dependents of Ex-Servicemen: Rs. 1,000
• SC / PwBD / Ex-Serviceman: Rs. 500

Mode of payment: Online (UPI, Internet Banking, RuPay Debit/Credit Card). Fee once paid is non-refundable.

Other Instructions

• Prepare for both Written Examination and Typing/Proficiency Test as per the scheme described in the notification.
• Document Verification will require original and photocopies of educational certificates, category certificates, disability certificates (if applicable), and other relevant documents.
• PwBD/PwD candidates must upload the Disability Certificate as per Annexure-VI, VII, and VIII (where applicable).
