Age Criteria

• Medical posts: 18 to 70 years.
• Managerial posts: 18 to 64 years.
• Community Health Officer: 21 to 35 years, with 5-year local residence relaxation up to 40 years.
• Other categories: applicable government rules for age relaxation; however, the maximum age with relaxations shall not exceed 45 years in any case.

Eligibility Overview

• Local residents of Chhattisgarh with a residence certificate issued by a competent authority.
• Valid live registration with the district employment office.
• Educational qualifications as prescribed for each post (see post-wise qualifications below).
• Age limits as on 01 January 2026, with applicable relaxations as per government rules.
• Regular courses recognized by UGC/AICTE and relevant councils only; private, open, or distance education courses are not accepted.

Note: The minimum educational requirements vary by post (some posts accept up to 8th, 10th, 12th, or higher). For eligibility purposes, the lowest common qualification requirement across posts is considered here as the baseline criteria with post-specific qualifications detailed in the official notification.

Application Fees

Additional Information

• Applications must be submitted only via Registered Post or Speed Post. In-person submissions are not accepted.
• Download the official notification PDF and the application form from the Balodabazar district website and fill them carefully.
• Attach self-attested photocopies of all required documents in the prescribed order; include residence, caste (if applicable), live registration, educational marksheets, degree certificates, experience certificates, identity proof, and a recent passport-size photograph.
• For the Community Health Officer post, submission of a course-completion certificate for the Integrated Certificate Course in Community Health along with BSc Nursing/Post Basic BSc Nursing is additionally required as per Appendix-I.
• Clearly mention the applicant’s name, post applied for, and programme name (NHM/NUHM/RBSK/NRC, etc.) on the top of the application and the envelope.
• If applying for more than one post, submit a separate application for each post.
• The selection will be based on merit, with document verification conducted for shortlisted candidates. No written examination is mentioned in the notification.
• All appointments are temporary, transferable, and valid up to 31 March 2027 for the current financial year.
• Regularly check the official district website for updates, as no separate individual intimations will be sent.
