Age Details

• CHA-Urban: 21 to 40 years
• Medical Officer-XV-FC: up to 67 years
• Staff Nurse (Polyclinic / UHWC): up to 40 years
• Counsellor-Polyclinic: 21 to 40 years
• Age relaxations as per state government rules: 10 years for PWD, 5 years SC/ST, 3 years OBC-A/OBC-B

Eligibility by Post

• Community Health Assistant (CHA)-Urban: ANM or GNM certificate from a recognized institute; registered with West Bengal Nursing Council; Bengali proficiency; permanent resident of North 24 Parganas.
• Medical Officer-XV-FC: MBBS from a recognized institute with one-year compulsory internship; WBMC registration; higher qualification weightage.
• Staff Nurse (Polyclinic / UHWC): GNM or B.Sc Nursing; registration with West Bengal Nursing Council; proficiency in the local language.
• Counsellor-Polyclinic: Graduation in Social Science; strong interpersonal skills; MS-Office knowledge; local language proficiency; two years of Health/Social Sector experience; master’s degree and counselling experience preferred.
