Educational Qualification

• Graduate; MBA in any discipline from a reputed institute is desirable.

Experience

• At least 5 years in a COO or similar leadership role, preferably in property development or large real estate companies.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the real estate market delivering large-format, institutional, Grade-A assets across India.

Age and Nationality

• Maximum age: 55 years as on 24-12-2025, with possible relaxation for deserving candidates.
• Only Indian nationals eligible.
