Additional Context

The DV schedule is for Industrial Trainee (CA/CMA) positions under Advertisement No. 01/2025/HRD. Training is 15 months and engagement is subject to successful DV. Attendance without proper documentation may lead to disqualification.

Documents Required for Document Verification (Original + self-attested photocopies)

• Identity & Basic: e-mail copy for DV reporting, Photo Identity Card (Voter/PAN/Aadhar/Passport), 3 recent passport-size photos, Date of Birth proof (Birth Certificate or SSLC/Matric/HSC marks sheets).
• Educational/Qualification: CA/CMA Intermediate certificates and marks sheets including exemption papers.
• Medical & Other: Medical Fitness Certificate; Bond in Annexure-C on a Rs. 50/- or higher non-judicial stamp paper, notarized.
• Category/Reservation: Caste certificates for SC/ST; OBC-NCL certificate (latest FY 2024-25); EWS certificate; PwD disability certificate as applicable.
• Special Categories: Land ownership proof for landowners, employment documents for wards of employees, notarized affidavit for name/DOB discrepancies.

Note: Carry all documents in a proper file. Original certificates will be verified and photocopies self-attested. Non-compliance may lead to cancellation.

Important Instructions for DV

1. Report on 16 March 2026 at the allocated venue on time.
2. Dress formally.
3. Organize documents properly and ensure self-attestation on copies.
4. Original documents must be presented in person.
5. No TA/DA provided for DV.

7. If name/DOB mismatches exist, carry a suitable affidavit.

What Happens After DV?

1. Document scrutiny of the eligibility and authenticity.
2. Order of Engagement issued if documents are in order.
3. Training begins after engagement,
4. Bond execution as per terms.
5. Waiting list may be activated if required.
