Age Limit

UR/EWS: 28 years; OBC (NCL): 31 years; SC/ST: 33 years. Relaxation of up to 10 years for PwDs, 13 years for PwDs in OBC-NCL, and 15 years for PwDs in SC/ST categories.

Eligibility Details

• Candidates must have passed the intermediate examination of Chartered Accountants (CA) conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, or
• Candidates must have passed the intermediate examination of Cost and Management Accountants (CMA) conducted by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
• Candidates who have undergone training under a similar scheme for one year or more in any other PSUs will not be eligible to apply.
• Candidates must be registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

General Information / Instructions

• Registration and submission must be completed online via the Coal India career portal.
• Nine posting preferences must be provided in order of priority.
• Candidates must upload required documents in the prescribed formats and sizes.

• Selection will be based on merit in the CA/CMA intermediate examinations and adherence to reservation policies, with preference given to land owners and wards of employees as defined in the scheme.
• Training is for 15 months and does not guarantee employment with Coal India or its subsidiaries after completion.
• The selected candidates must be medically fit and sign an undertaking to complete the entire training period unless removal by the company.
