Eligibility Details

Research Associate (01/RA-1)

• Ph.D. completed or nearing completion in Electrical, Electrical and Electronics, Instrumentation, or Electronics Engineering with quality publications OR
• 3 years of research, teaching, and design and development experience after a Master’s degree (M.E./M.Tech/M.S.) in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering with at least one research paper in an SCI journal. Preference for a valid GATE score.

Junior Research Fellow (02/JRF-1)

• M.Sc. in Physics or Electronics OR
• Graduate/Postgraduate Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech) in Electrical/Electronic/Instrumentation/Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering and related fields. Experience in DC-DC converters, power electronics, and embedded systems is desirable.
