Educational Qualifications

• Senior Manager (Finance & Accounts) - E-4: Graduate with CA (Chartered Accountant) from ICAI or CMA (Cost Management Accountant) from ICMAI with valid membership.
• Manager (Finance & Accounts) - E-3: Graduate with CA or CMA with valid membership.
• Manager (Finance & Accounts/Compliance) - E-3: Graduate with CS (Company Secretary) from ICSI with valid membership.
• Junior Officer (Finance & Accounts) - S-2: Graduate with CA Intermediate or CMA Intermediate from ICAI/ICMAI.

Experience

• Senior Manager: Minimum 8 years post-qualification, or 2 years in lower IDA pay scale as specified.
• Manager (Finance & Accounts): Minimum 5 years post-qualification, or 2 years in lower IDA pay scale as specified.
• Manager (Finance & Accounts/Compliance): Minimum 5 years post-qualification, or 2 years in lower IDA pay scale as specified.
• Junior Officer (Finance & Accounts): Minimum 5 years post-qualification, or 2 years in lower IDA pay scale as specified.

Age Limit

• Senior Manager: Maximum 40 years as on 12-03-2026.
• Manager & Manager/Compliance: Maximum 37 years as on 12-03-2026.
• Junior Officer: Maximum 37 years as on 12-03-2026.

General Conditions

• All qualifications must be recognized by Government of India and from AICTE/UGC-recognized institutions.
• Candidates on deputation must satisfy eligibility based on parent organization.
• Cut-off date for age, experience, and qualification is 12-03-2026.
