Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 40 years (for General candidates) as on the closing date of receipt of applications

Age Relaxation

• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC (NCL): 3 years
• Ex-Servicemen: Military service period + 3 years

Educational Qualifications

• Essential: Matriculation plus NAC/NTC issued by NCTVT (now NCVT) from a Govt/Private ITI or Govt-affiliated institutes.
• Trade (Preferred): AOCP (Attendant Operator Chemical Plant) - candidates with AOCP (NCVT) will be given preference.
• Feeder Trades (if AOCP candidates are not available): IMCP, MMCP, LACP, PPO, Fitter General, Machinist, Turner, Sheet Metal Worker, Electrician, Electronic Mechanic, Boiler Attendant, Mechanic Industrial Electronics, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic.
• Desirable: Ordnance Factories training/experience in manufacturing and handling military explosives and ammunitions.

Training Note

Selected candidates may undergo compulsory in-house training on safe handling of explosives, safety norms, Do’s & Don’ts, etc., with duration varying by trade category as per notification.

• Trade Test / Practical Test: To be announced via email to shortlisted candidates

1. Download & print the application form and fill in BLOCK LETTERS.
2. Attach self-attested copies of required certificates and two photographs (one pasted).
3. Enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope if needed and ensure proper envelope superscription: “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF TENURE BASED CPW PERSONNEL ON CONTRACT BASIS”.
4. Send the hard copy to the provided postal address and email the scanned copy to the official email for receipt of applications.
5. Ensure both hard copy and soft copy reach before the last date to avoid rejection.
