Age Limit

Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years as on 01/01/2026. Relaxations as per rules: SC/ST +5 years; OBC/EWS +3 years; Persons with Disabilities (40% or more) +10 years; Widows +5 years; Ex-Servicemen as per Kerala Government rules.

Educational Qualifications (Post-wise)

Data Entry Operator (Advt No. 14/2026)

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university.
• Certificate in Data Entry Course from a Central/State government recognised institution.
• Minimum one year of experience as a Data Entry Operator in a recognised institution.

System Administrator (Advt No. 13/2026)

• MCA or B.Tech in Computer Science/ Electronics & Communication/ Information Technology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as System Administrator or equivalent (desirable).

Junior Clerk/Cashier - Class-2 to Class-7 Banks (Advt No. 12/2026)

• SSLC or equivalent + Junior Diploma in Co-operation (Personal Cooperative Training Course).
• Alternatively: B.Com with Co-operation, or Degree, or HDC/HDC&BM/HDCM, or B.Sc (Co-operation & Banking).

Junior Clerk/Cashier - Special Grade, Class-I Banks (Advt No. 11/2026)

• Same as 12/2026 (SSLC + Junior Diploma in Co-operation) with additional qualifications as in 12/2026.

Junior Clerk/Cashier - Urban Grade Banks (Advt No. 10/2026)

• Same as 12/2026 (SSLC + Junior Diploma in Co-operation) with additional qualifications as in 12/2026.

Assistant Secretary / Chief Accountant (Advt No. 9/2026)

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 50% marks and Cooperative Higher Diploma or Junior Diploma in Co-operation, or B.Sc/M.Sc (Co-operation & Banking), or B.Com with Co-operation (50% marks).

Secretary (Advt No. 8/2026)

• Various combinations including Degree + HDC&BM (7 years banking experience), B.Sc (Co-operation & Banking) with 5 years, MBA/M.Com (Finance) or CA with 3 years, or B.Com (Co-operation) with 7 years, as per the Government Order.

Additional Instructions
