Eligibility Details

Posts and Qualifications

• Project Associate I (PAT I): B.E./B.Tech. in Metallurgical Engineering/ Materials Engineering/ Metallurgical & Materials Engineering/ Material Science/ Nanotechnology; or M.Sc. in Material Science/ Physics (Material Science)/ Nanotechnology.
• Project Associate II (PAT II): M.E./M.Tech. in Metallurgy/ Material Science & Engineering; or related disciplines with relevant R&D experience.
• Senior Project Associate (S‑PAT): (various combinations) B.E./B.Tech. in CSE or M.Sc./MCA with AI/ML experience; or M.E./M.Tech. in CSE with AI/ML experience; or PhD in CSE/IT with AI/ML R&D experience.
• Junior Research Fellow (JRF): B.E./B.Tech. in Metallurgy and Material Science; or M.Sc. in Material Science; or equivalent with relevant CSIR/UGC/NET/GATE qualification.
• Project Assistant II (PA‑II): B.Sc. in Chemistry; Diploma in Mechanical Engineering; B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering; and other combinations as specified in the notification.
