Educational Qualifications

• Graduate Apprenticeship Trainee: Degree in Engineering/Technology (regular full-time) from a recognized/approved university or institution in relevant disciplines.
• Diploma Apprenticeship Trainee: Three-year Diploma in Engineering/Technology (regular full-time) from a recognized/approved university or institution in relevant disciplines.

Additional Conditions

• Eligible graduates/diploma holders must have passed within the last five years.
• Candidates already undergoing or having completed Apprenticeship Training, or having one year or more of work experience, are not eligible.
• Final-year students and those awaiting results are not eligible.
• Candidates must be registered in the NATS portal and provide the enrolment number in the application form.

• Walk-in Interview Date (Graduate Trainee): 10/02/2026 (Reporting time: 08:30 AM to 09:30 AM)
• Walk-in Interview Date (Diploma Trainee): 11/02/2026 (Reporting time: 08:30 AM to 09:30 AM)
• Last Time for Registration: 09:30 AM (no candidates allowed after this time)

Notes:

• The two walk-in dates correspond to Graduate Trainee and Diploma Trainee respectively. Registration and documentation must be completed within the reporting window. The period of training is one year from the date of joining. The employer is not obliged to offer employment after completion of apprenticeship.

Other Instructions

• Walk-in interview only for eligible Graduate and Diploma Apprenticeship Trainee applicants as per the schedule. Registration closes at 09:30 AM.
• Bring Aadhaar Card or any Government-issued ID, the filled application form, a latest passport-size photograph, and original certificates with one set of photocopies.
• Reservation will be applicable as per Government of India rules. Final year students and those awaiting results are not eligible.
• Candidates must be registered in the NATS portal and provide the enrolment number in the application form.
• CSIR-NAL will not provide accommodation. Ensure you reach the venue before 09:30 AM for registration.
• The Director, CSIR-NAL, is not responsible for any injuries or risks during training. Canvassing will disqualify a candidate.
• Training period is one year from joining; employment after apprenticeship is not guaranteed.
