Age Limit

• Upper age limit: 35 years, reckoned as on the last date of receipt of applications.

Educational Qualification

• M.Sc. or Integrated Masters in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences from a recognized university.

Job Requirements

• Survey and field work.
• Laboratory work related to the project.
• Data analysis.
• Hands-on work with molecular biology techniques.
• Use of analytical techniques relevant to environmental and bio-based research.

Age and Examinations

• Upper age limit: 35 years, as on the last date of receipt of applications.
• Higher emolument category (Rs. 31,000 + HRA) applicable to candidates who have qualified CSIR-UGC/ICAR/ICMR NET Lectureship/Assistant Professorship, or GATE, or equivalent national exams.

General Eligibility

• Only candidates with essential qualification and provisional degree certificate (where applicable) are eligible.
• Candidates with result awaited, final semester appearing, or Ph.D. submitted are not eligible.
• Experience will be counted only after obtaining the minimum essential qualification; dissertation/thesis work is not considered experience.
