Educational Qualifications

• Graduate Apprentice (Engineering): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), or Mechanical Engineering from a recognised university.
• Graduate Apprentice (Non-Engineering): Bachelor’s degree in B.Sc., BBA, or B.COM from a recognised university in the relevant stream.
• Diploma Apprentice (Engineering): Diploma in Electrical/EEE or Mechanical Engineering from a recognised institution.

Other Eligibility

• Must be a domicile of Chhattisgarh state.
• Must not have prior work experience of one year or more, and must not be currently undergoing similar apprenticeship training.
• Graduation results must not be more than five years old at the start of training.
• Registration on the NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme) portal is mandatory before applying.

How to Apply Offline

• Register online on the NATS portal (www.nats.education.gov.in) to obtain a NATS registration number.
• Download and complete the prescribed CSPDCL apprenticeship application form from the advertisement.
• Attach self-attested copies of 10th and 12th marksheets, graduation/diploma marksheet and certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), domicile certificate, and the NATS registration form.
• Prepare a sealed envelope (36.5 cm × 25.5 cm) with the NATS registration number, category, year of pass-out, post applied for (Graduate/Diploma Apprentice), branch, and percentage.
• Submit the sealed envelope in person or by post to the Executive Director (Training, Research & Development), CSPDCL, Kota Road, Gudhiyari, Raipur - 492009 (C.G.) on or before 24 July 2026 during office hours (10:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
• Note: Applications are accepted only in offline format; online submission is not available for these apprenticeships.
