• Research Assistant: Ph.D./M.Phil./NET or a postgraduate degree in any Social Science with at least 55% marks; proficiency in Data Science, GIS, SPSS, or R is desirable.
• Field Investigator: Graduate in a Social Science discipline with at least 55% marks; proficiency in English and Odia (reading, writing, speaking, translation, computing); willingness to travel for field work, including rural/interior areas; preference to candidates with a 4-year graduation program.
