Job Eligibility Details

Librarian

• Postgraduate Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science with at least 55% marks or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience as a Librarian at any university level, or ten years of teaching experience as Assistant/Associate Professor in Library Science, or ten years of experience as a College Librarian.

Deputy Librarian

• Postgraduate Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation Science with at least 55% marks or equivalent.
• Eight years of experience as an Assistant University Librarian/College Librarian.

Internal Audit Officer

• Level 12 (Entry pay of Rs. 78800/-).
• At least 3 years of regular service in Level 11 or equivalent in Audit and Accounts in any Government Department/Autonomous Body.

Assistant Registrar

• Postgraduate Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent.
• Five years of supervisory experience in Administration/Establishment/Finance/Examination/Academic departments of a university in Level 7 or holding an analogous post.

Security Officer

• Graduation Degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in Police/Para-Military forces/Armed Forces of the Union, having held a post not below the rank of Naib Subedar/Sub-inspector (Executive) or equivalent with exemplary service.

Private Secretary (Direct Recruitment)

• Graduation Degree from a recognized University/Institute.
• At least 3 years of experience as Personal Assistant or 5 years as Stenographer in a University/Research establishment/Central/State Government/PSU and other autonomous bodies.

Private Secretary (On Deputation)

• Graduation Degree from a recognized University/Institute.
• At least 3 years of experience as Personal Assistant or 5 years as Stenographer in a University/Research establishment/Central/State Government/PSU and other autonomous bodies.

Estate Officer

• B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering or equivalent with at least 55% marks.
• At least 5 years of experience in civil, construction, supervision, and maintenance of Buildings, Roads, Water Supply, and Sewerage as Junior Engineer or Assistant Estate Officer or equivalent in Government departments, PSUs, Autonomous organizations/Universities, or reputed private organizations with an annual turnover of at least Rs.200 Crores or more.

Section Officer

• Graduation Degree in any discipline from any recognized Institute/University.
• Three years of experience as Assistant in Level 6 or eight years as UDC in Level 4 in any Central/State Government/University/PSU and other Central or State Autonomous Institutions or holding equivalent positions in any reputed private companies/banks with an annual turnover of at least Rs.200 Crores or more.

Nursing Officer

• B.Sc. (Nursing) from a recognized University/Institute.
• Registered as a Nurse in the Indian Nursing Council or its affiliated State Nursing Council.

Personal Assistant

• Graduation Degree in any discipline from any recognized Institute/University.
• Proficiency in Stenography in English or Hindi with a minimum speed of 100 wpm.

Assistant

• Graduation Degree from a recognized University/Institution.
• Three years of experience as UDC or equivalent in Level 4 in Central/State Government/University/PSU and other Central/State Autonomous Bodies or equivalent pay package in reputed private companies/corporate banks with a minimum annual turnover of at least Rs.200 Crores or more.

Upper Division Clerk

• Graduation Degree from any recognized Institute/University.
• Two years of experience as Lower Division Clerk/Equivalent posts in University/Research Establishment/Central/State Government/PSU/Autonomous Bodies or equivalent pay package in reputed private companies/corporate banks with a minimum annual turnover of at least Rs.200 Crores or more.

Laboratory Assistant

• Graduation Degree in Sciences/Technology with a minimum of two years of working and maintenance experience of sophisticated scientific instruments in the Laboratory.

Lower Division Clerk

• Intermediate or equivalent qualification from a recognized board or university.
• English Typing @ 35 wpm OR Hindi Typing @ 30 wpm.

Cook

• High School from a recognized School Board.
• Two years of experience in cooking/catering services in educational institutions/guest houses, reputed hotels, restaurants, or similar organizations.

Driver

• High School Pass from any recognized Board.
• Possession of a Valid Commercial Driving License for Light/Medium/Heavy Vehicles issued by the Competent authority having no adverse endorsement.

Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)

• High School Pass from a recognized Board.
• ITI Pass.

Laboratory Attendant

• Intermediate with Science stream from any recognized Central/State Board, and 10th Pass from any recognized Central/State Board with Science as one of the subjects.
• Two years of experience in a Laboratory of a recognized University/Institution/College.

Library Attendant

• Intermediate or its equivalent examination from a recognized Board.
• One year of experience in a University/College/Educational Institution Library.
