Vice President C. P. Radhakrishnan recently inaugurated the Third International Conference on Indian Languages in New Delhi. Scholars, language experts and international representatives participated in this conference to discuss the preservation, study and global promotion of Indian languages. The Vice President said that language is not just a medium of communication, but also the foundation of culture, democracy and knowledge.
