Eligibility Details

Post 1: Research Associate - I

• Essential Qualification: PhD/MD/MS/MDS in a relevant field OR three years of research, teaching, and design & development experience after Master’s degree in Life Science, Biotechnology, or related biological science.
• Desirable: At least one SCI journal publication; experience in biodiversity and molecular biology; project management and report writing.

Post 2: Project Associate - I (GIS & Remote Sensing)

• Essential Qualification: Master’s degree in Earth Sciences, Remote Sensing and GIS, Hydrology or related fields with minimum 55% marks or 6.5/10 CGPA; OR B.Tech/M.Tech in Remote Sensing with 55% marks or 6.5/10 CGPA.
• Desirable: Proficiency in GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS, ERDAS Imagine); remote sensing software; programming (e.g., Python); field research experience (birds and wetlands); ecological data analysis using R; report writing.

Post 3: Project Associate - I (Field Biologist)

• Essential Qualification: Master’s degree in Natural Sciences, Agricultural Sciences, or MVSc with minimum 55% marks or 6.5/10 CGPA; OR Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Medicine with 55% marks or 6.5/10 CGPA.
• Desirable: Field research experience in biodiversity and ecological studies; bird identification and census techniques; wetland ecosystem assessment; data collection and report writing.

Salary Overview

• Research Associate - I: Rs. 58,000/- + HRA per month
• Project Associate - I (GIS & Remote Sensing): Rs. 25,000/- + HRA per month
• Project Associate - I (Field Biologist): Rs. 25,000/- + HRA per month
