Age Limit

• Maximum age limit: 65 years for all posts.

Post-wise Qualifications

• Civil Construction: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) from a recognized university or institute, with relevant experience in power sector projects including planning, construction, erection, and commissioning of large thermal power projects and related infra.
• Construction Engineering & Project: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) from a recognized university/institute, with experience in engineering, project management, and execution of large thermal power projects including EPC contracts, design review, commissioning, and project monitoring of BTG/BoP/Rail packages.
• Electrical Engineering & Commercial: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) from a recognized university/institute, with substantial experience in Electrical and commercial functions related to thermal power projects (PPAs, tariff negotiations, regulatory matters).
• HR & Industrial Relations: Graduate with MBA/HR / PGDM (HR) / Master’s degree in HR Management from a recognized university/institute, with at least 10 years of experience in HR Management in thermal power plants, infrastructure, heavy engineering, or process industries.
• Environment Engineering & Management: Graduate in Engineering with specialization in Environmental Engineering & Management, with experience in Environmental Clearance / Forest Clearance activities / EMP, and desirable experience in thermal power plants or related industries.
