Manager/Coordinator

• Graduate in Social Work/Sociology/Psychology/Child Development/Human Rights/Public Administration/Psychiatry/Law/Public Health from a recognized university
• Diploma in Computer Application
• At least 2 years of experience in child/women-related programmes

Social Worker-cum-Early Childhood Educator

• Graduate in Social Work/Psychology/Law
• At least 1 year of experience in projects such as JJ Act, POCSO, Child Labour, Human Trafficking, Drug Abuse, Legal Assistance, Child Marriage, Primary Education

Nurse

• Intermediate with GNM / Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Registered with Government/Indian Nursing Council
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital/health facility

Doctor (Part Time)

• MBBS (Child Specialist)
• On referral basis

Ayah

• 8th Pass

Chowkidar

• 8th Pass
