• Manager/Coordinator: Graduate (preferably B.A. in Social Work / Sociology / Social Science or LLB) with at least 2 years’ experience in GOVT./NGO/Legal matters; Diploma in Computer Applications.
• Social Worker-cum-Family Childhood Educator: B.A. in Social Work / Sociology / Social Science.
• Nurse: B.Sc (Nursing).
• Doctor (Part-Time): MBBS.
• Chowkidar: 10th pass with 1 year experience as security guard.
• Ayah: 10th pass with 1 year experience as Ayah/Female Attendant in a hospital/health institution/Anganwadi worker.
