• Counsellor: 23-40 years
• CWO/Case Worker/Probation Officer: 21-40 years
• House Father, Para Medical Staff, Store Keeper cum Accountant: 21-40 years
• Cook, Helper-cum-Night Watchman, House Keeper: 18-40 years

Eligibility by post

• Officer-in-Charge: Postgraduate degree in relevant field; minimum 3 years’ experience with Govt/NGO; computer proficiency.
• Counsellor: Graduate in Social Work/Sociology/Psychology/Public Health, or PG Diploma in Counselling and Communication; at least 1 year of relevant experience; computer proficiency.
• Child Welfare Officer (CWO) / Case Worker / Probation Officer: Graduate in Social Work/Sociology/Social Science or LLB; 2+ years’ relevant experience; computer proficiency.
• House Father: Higher Secondary (12th) or equivalent; 3 years’ experience in child care programmes.
• Para Medical Staff: Higher Secondary and Diploma in Nursing/Pharmacy; relevant field experience preferred.
• Store Keeper cum Accountant: B.Com/Accountancy with knowledge of computers; 3 years’ experience preferred.
• Cook: As per notification; remuneration as specified.
• Helper-cum-Night Watchman (Erstwhile Helper): MP or equivalent (class VIII passed preferred for Home inmates).
• House Keeper: As per notification; remuneration as specified.

• Applications are invited for 26 contractual posts at the District Child Protection Unit (CCI) Pragati Balak Bhawan, Tantigeria, Midnapore, Paschim Medinipur, under Mission Vatsalya.
