Age Limit

• Consultant: 25 to 62 years (as on 01-02-2026)
• Senior Consultant: 30 to 62 years (as on 01-02-2026)

Consultant - Credit Business & Operations

• Bachelor or Master degree in Law, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Banking, Banking Management, MBA (Finance/Banking)/PGDM, B.Tech/B.E, CA, CS, ICWA, CFA, CAIIB/JAIIB, LLB, LLM or equivalent from a recognised University/Institute.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in bank branch operations at Clerk level or above.

Senior Consultant - Credit Business & Operations

• Post Graduate degree in Commerce, Banking, Economics, Finance, MBA/PGDM/PGDBM, M.Tech (IT/Computer Science), LLB, LLM, CA, Cost Accountant, Company Secretary, CFA, CAIIB/JAIIB.
• Minimum 5 years of experience at middle/senior management level in the banking sector.
