Qualification

• Certificate of Competency as Master of foreign-going ship issued by the Ministry of Shipping, Government of India, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of Shipping, Government of India.

Experience

• One-year post-qualification experience as Master/Chief Officer of a foreign-going ship
