• Graduate from a recognized University
• Typing speed of not less than 35 words per minute on Computer
• All educational qualifications must be from a Government-recognized university or board

• Registration for online application is required via the official site. Maintain system-generated registration/applicant number for future references.
• Uploads: recent color photograph (JPEG, 100 KB-200 KB), left-hand thumb impression (JPEG, 50 KB-200 KB), and signature (JPEG, 50 KB-150 KB).
• Photograph must be recent (not older than three months from notice publication).
• Applications are to be submitted online only; offline submissions will not be accepted.
