Eligibility Details

• Advocates practicing in the High Court of Delhi with at least 3 years of practice on the last date of submission.
• Mainly practicing at the relevant Court Complex.
• Average annual income not less than Rs. 24,000 per annum during the preceding two years (exemptions may apply).
• Exemptions for PWD and lady advocates who are divorcee/widowed/single regarding the average annual income.
• Must submit an Affidavit stating that they have not applied for Oath Commissioner in any other Court of Delhi.
