• Stenographer Gr.-III: +3 examination or equivalent from a recognized university and a Diploma in Computer Applications; minimum speed of 80 words per minute in shorthand and 40 words per minute in English typewriting.

Language Proficiency

• Able to speak, read, and write Oriya equivalent to ME Standard for all posts.
