Eligibility Details

• Post: Company Secretary
• Qualification: Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Preference given to Chartered Accountants/Cost Accountants or candidates with prior government organization experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 30 months post-qualification experience in a company with a paid-up capital of at least ₹10 crore, as of 31-01-2026.
• Knowledge: Proficiency in Companies Act, corporate laws, conduct of Board meetings, and duties of a Company Secretary (as per Companies Act, 2013, section 205).
• Age: Maximum 35 years as on 31-01-2026.
• Preference: Prior experience in government organizations or public sector units is desirable.
