  • In cases where PG candidates are not available, a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the relevant specialty may be considered as per the residency scheme.
  • Candidates without PG qualifications may be appointed on an ad-hoc basis for up to 44 days, extendable up to 3 years, or until PG-qualified candidates are available, whichever is earlier.
