Educational Qualifications

• Lab Technician (NPNCD): 12th pass + DMLT from a government-recognized institute; at least 2 years of hospital experience with computer knowledge.
• Counsellor (NPNCD): Graduate in Social Science or Degree/Diploma in Counselling/Health Education/Mass Communication with strong interpersonal skills; MS-Office and related computer skills; two years of work experience as a counsellor in a health facility.
• Medical Officer (RKSK RMNCH+A): MBBS, registration with West Bengal Medical Council; PG diploma/degree in G&O or pediatrics preferred.
• Medical Officer (Blood Service): MBBS, WB Medical Council registration; PG diploma/degree in G&O or pediatrics preferred.
• Dental Hygienist (NOHP): Diploma in Dental Hygiene; registration with WB Dental Council; at least 2 years of experience.
• Dental Technician (NOHP): Diploma in Dental Technology; 1 year of relevant experience.
• NRC Attendant (Only Female): 10+2; local resident preferred; good command of local language.
• Counsellor RKSK (RMNCH+A) Family Planning: Degree in Social Science or related qualification; strong interpersonal and computer skills; local language proficiency.
• Senior TB Laboratory Supervisor (STLS) NTEP: Graduate with DMLT or BMLT; two-wheeler license; Computer proficiency.
• Senior Treatment Supervisor (STS) NTEP: Science graduate; computer proficiency; two-wheeler license.
• Laboratory Technician (NTEP): 10+2 with PCM/PCB; Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology; basic computer knowledge.
• Tuberculosis Health Visitor (TBHV) NTEP: Science graduate; minimum 1 year experience; computer operations course.
