Educational Qualification

• Pass in 12th standard (HSC) or equivalent, plus Diploma in Multipurpose Health Worker (Female) or Auxiliary Nurse Midwife from a recognized institution.
• Permanent registration as a Midwife with any State Nursing Council in India.
• Proficiency in the regional language (Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam) up to SSLC level.

Age Limit

• 18 to 30 years as of 8 March 2026. Relaxations as per government norms (e.g., 3 years for MBC/OBC/EBC/BCM, 5 years for SC, +3 years for Ex-Servicemen, PwBD relaxations, etc.).

Experience

• No prior experience required; freshers are eligible. Seniority marks up to 15 may be awarded for Employment Exchange registration post-diploma.
• Nativity: UT native/resident for at least 5 years; fresh certificate required on selection.
