Lab Technician (General)

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology from a recognized university.
  • Diploma/PG Diploma/Training in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) of at least one year from a government-recognized institute or university.
  • Basic computer knowledge as per Gujarat Civil Services Rules, 1967.

Lab Technician - Sputum Microscopist

  • Intermediate (10+2) and Diploma or certified course in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
  • Certificate course in computer operations (Minimum two months).
  • Preferential: One year experience in NTEP or sputum smear microscopy. Candidates with higher qualifications (e.g., Graduates) shall be preferred.
