Eligibility Details

Ayush Medical Officer (24x7 UPHC)

• B.A.M.S./B.H.M.S. degree from a recognized university
• Gujarat Ayurved Council registration
• Internship completed
• Basic ambulance aid training

Health Test Technician (GUHP)

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Anatomy/Biochemistry from a recognized university
• Health Test training from a recognized institute or Gujarat Medical College
• Practical work experience certificate

Pharmacist (GUHP)

• Pharmacy/D.Pharmacy degree from a recognized university
• Gujarat Pharmacy Council registration
• Basic ambulance aid training

F.H.W. (GUHP)

• ANM/A.N.M. course from an Indian Nursing Council recognized institute
• Gujarat Nursing Council registration
• Basic ambulance aid
• Only medical candidates

Multi Purpose Health Worker (Male)

• 12th pass with 1 year MPHW or SI basic course from a government-recognized institute
• Basic ambulance aid
